At Rubicon Financial Services Pty. Ltd., we recognise that your privacy is very important to you – it is to Rubicon Financial Services as well. This part specifically relates to articles, blogs and any other information published online by Rubicon Financial Services Pty. Ltd. Rubicon Financial Services, clients must adhere to this Statement, Rubicon Financial Services online Terms and Conditions and any other relevant policy, statement or document, when making use of online publications and resources.

Identifiers
We will not adopt as our own any identifiers that you may provide to us such as TFNs, Medicare numbers etc.

Complaints Resolution
We are committed to providing clients, whose personal information we hold, a fair and responsible system for the handling of complaints.
If at any time, you have any complaints in relation to privacy, please contact our Privacy Officer. We will seek to address any concerns that you have through our complaints resolution processes, but if you wish to take matters further, you may refer your concerns to the Office of the Federal Privacy Commissioner.
Changes to this Statement
We are constantly reviewing our statements and policies in an attempt to keep up to date with market expectations and legal developments. We may change this Statement from time to time as the need arises.
